CUSB LIBRARY Gaya
The Central Library has been started functioning since 2009, where University campus temporarily suited at Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Patna. Since then, it is the focal point of all user community of Central University of South Bihar, Gaya. The Central Library meets the academic and research needs of the academic community, and its resources are consulted by scholars from across the country. The Central Library is fully RFID enabled and automated library integrated with open-source ILMS (i.e. KOHA to provide computerized service) to CUSB academic community at large along with RFID service with biometric enabled automation system facilitates self-services KIOSK, Self Book Drop Box, anti-theft detection system. Library user can access online catalog through Web-OPAC which enables speedy searching of library collections including books, journals, periodical, awarded PhD thesis and dissertations from any terminal within the University campus.
